These terms govern use of the Bowline Strings website at immisimpom.buzz and enrolment in lessons at our studio in Sharq, Kuwait City. By booking a lesson or using this site, you agree to the conditions below. Local Kuwaiti law applies; disputes are subject to the competent courts of Kuwait unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

Services

We offer private adult violin, viola, and cello coaching and related consults as described on our pages. Descriptions of rates and formats are invitations to book, not guarantees of perpetual availability. Lesson content is educational music instruction; we do not claim professional certifications beyond ordinary studio teaching and do not provide medical, therapeutic, or licensed conservatory credentials through this site.

Bookings, payment, and cancellation

• Sessions are confirmed when we reply with a time and you accept.
• Payment is due as agreed when booking (per lesson or prepaid package).
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time to receive a makeup within two weeks, subject to availability.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
• Prepaid packages are non-refundable after the first used lesson and expire eight weeks from purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Studio conduct

Arrive on time with your instrument in playable condition. Treat the room, scores, and other visitors respectfully. We may refuse or end a session if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. You remain responsible for your personal belongings and instrument while on the premises.

Website content

Text, branding, and photographs on this site are provided for information about our studio. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Links to third-party maps or resources are for convenience; we do not control those services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, Bowline Strings is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or lesson scheduling delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Progress in music depends on practice outside lessons; outcomes vary.

Privacy and cookies

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy and Cookies page, with reference to CITRA and Kuwait Data Privacy Protection Regulation expectations.

Changes

We may update rates, hours, or these terms. Material changes to active packages will be communicated to current students when practicable. Continued booking after notice constitutes acceptance of updated studio policies. Last updated: July 2026.
